Book Your Flight
After receiving your quote, your personal concierge will provide you with several options in as much detail as you need to make an informed decision. To book your flight, we will send you an electronic agreement that you can easily sign on your phone, tablet, or computer to secure your reservation.
To book your flight, we accept a variety of payment methods, including credit card, cryptocurrency, or wire transfer. We cannot reserve or schedule an aircraft until payment has been received.
Once booked, we will send you a confirmation with all of your itinerary details.
Preparing for Your Flight
Once your flight has been confirmed, your personal concierge will reach out 24-48 hours before your departure with a final detailed itinerary. This itinerary will contain all of the details of your trip, including contact phone numbers, addresses, departure and arrival times, recommended times to arrive at the terminal, and more.
If you have not done so already, this is the ideal time to request any special meals, snacks, ground transportation, onboard entertainment, or other requests. Our concierge will handle these arrangements and will keep you updated once any additional services have been confirmed.
If you have any changes to your schedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We are available around the clock and strive to accommodate any last-minute changes. However, the less notice we have, the more challenging it is to accommodate these changes.
Cargo space availability may vary depending on the size of the aircraft. A good rule of thumb is to bring one carry-on bag and one personal item per person. Ultra long range jets can usually accommodate more bags per seat. If you feel you may need more than one bag per person, speak with your concierge to see how many bags your selected aircraft can store.
Arriving for Your Flight
We hope you’re feeling excited about boarding your luxury private jet. For domestic trips, crew members prefer you arrive about 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. When you arrive at the airport, head to the front desk or text or call your concierge and we can guide you from there.
In most cases, your crew and aircraft will be ready and waiting for you when you arrive. However, unexpected delays can sometimes occur. We do our best to notify you if your flight is running behind so you can plan accordingly. We stay in constant contact with our operating partners to ensure you’re always informed.
Depending on the airport, we may be able to arrange the option to drive onto the tarmac and park beside the aircraft. This can make it easier to load your luggage. A valet driver can park your car on your behalf or direct your driver to exit the tarmac once you’re on board.
After boarding the aircraft, choose a seat, buckle up, and prepare for takeoff. Private jet flights have a crew member on board who can help you connect to WiFi, provide refreshments, and ensure you have everything you need prior to takeoff.
After Your Flight
Upon arriving to your destination, the crew will unload your luggage for you. If you have arranged ground transportation through Access Jet Group or on your own, your transportation will be waiting for you.
Once it is safe to exit the aircraft, you may head directly to your vehicle or into the terminal to use the restroom, get a refreshment, or stretch your legs. Many smaller airports have water, coffee, and light snacks available.
